    Description: Barr Lake State Park is northeast of the Denver area. Cyclists, hikers, and horseback riders share the 9 mile multi-use trail that circles Barr Lake. Fishermen, boaters, kayakers, and canoeists share the calm lake, and powerboats are only allowed for trolling.
